The Seller, Tina Maretti, as surviving spouse and acting representative of the Estate of Carl Maretti (deceased), certifies that she has full legal authority to transfer ownership of the motor vessel 'Ravenna' pursuant to Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 90B. Attached hereto: a certified copy of death certificate (Carl Maretti, d. March 24, 2026) and the required notarized Affidavit of Surviving Spouse/Heirs. No probate impediment exists regarding this vessel.
