911 DISPATCH LOG #1 · CALL ID: CFS-911-452
DISPATCHER: Northampton 911. What is your emergency?
CALLER (Margaret Delaney): I need police to my neighbor's house right now. I think there's a break in.
DISPATCHER: What is your address?
CALLER: I'm at 228 Crescent. But it's next door. 230. The Harrogate house. I heard glass break. Really loud. Like a door or a window smashing.
DISPATCHER: Ma'am, are you in a safe location?
CALLER: Yes, I'm inside my own house. I'm not going outside. But I'm scared for them. The woman who lives there, Raleigh, she's been through a lot. Her husband died last year. She's not in good shape. And her daughter is just a kid.
DISPATCHER: Have you seen anyone? Any vehicles? Any suspects?
CALLER: No. I didn't see anything. I just heard the glass. And then, I don't know, banging? Like furniture being moved. And then screaming. A woman screaming. And a younger voice. But I couldn't see anything from my window. The lights are on upstairs but I can't tell what's happening.
DISPATCHER: Ma'am, do not approach the house. Stay inside. Keep your doors locked. Units are en route.
CALLER: I'm not going anywhere near it. I just hope they're okay. Please hurry.
DISPATCHER: Units are responding. Stay on the line if you can.
CALLER: I'll stay. I'm just watching from my window. I can't see anything else. The lights are still on. That's all I know.

CALLER: No. No movement. I'm a nurse. I'm pretty sure they're deceased. But I didn't want to contaminate anything.

CALLER: No. Nobody. It's just the tower. We ran here from the road. Didn't see any cars.

▶ FORENSIC EXCEPTIONS & INVESTIGATIVE NOTES – DET. MARCUS COLE
BALCONY ACCESS ANOMALY
Second story balcony door forced from exterior. No ladder present, no ground disturbance beneath balcony. No grapple marks, no climbing aids. Unexplained entry method.
FOOTPRINT ANOMALY
Single partial print (men's 13-14) leading away from tower. No inbound prints on soft ground, possible alternate path or intentional avoidance.
BOTANICAL MISMATCH (1-E & 2-B)
Plant fragments from Lauren's bedroom floor/balcony (Item 1-E) identified as Scots pine (Pinus sylvestris) and Downy birch (Betula pubescens). These species do not match tower base foliage (Item 2-B: Rhus typhina / mixed leaf litter). 🔗 CROSS-CASE REFERENCE Same botanical profile recovered in Maretti case (HPD-2026-0381) and Hatvan case (HPD-2026-0417) – open files.
RALEIGH HARROGATE STATE
Catatonic, non-verbal, superficial cuts to palms (consistent with grabbing broken glass). No defensive wounds. Toxicology pending; not a suspect at this time.
DETECTIVE COLE, CASE AGENT: “The decommissioned tower is widely known and while not in an open space, very easily accessible by passersby. The absence of a ladder and the single footprint remain open questions. Pending tire tread AFIS search and further DNA analysis of plant material. Critical: Botanical mismatch with Maretti/HATVAN connections suggests possible serial nexus – joint task force notified.”
